Pre-Order (FAQ)
Oh NO!! Went to our product page and your favorite shawl or your favorite color or design were sold out?! Don't worry we got you!
Simply just contact us and we will pre-order your request! We are very good with responding your request :) Either use the 'Contact Us' form or get in touch with us through our TudungPeopleNZ FB or TudungPeopleNZ IG!
- How do our pre-order business work?
We try to stock up our supply as much as we could, and our ready stock is ready to be shipped out the next working day if you bought them from our website (here!). We also offer pre-order basis for any stock that is not available on our website, simply just get in touch with us and we will help as much as we could!
- How to place an order?
You can either buy from our website (here!) or you could send us a message through our website, Facebook, or Instagram channels. For pre-order, we would ask for 50% deposit to secure your order. We will only confirm your pre-order once we have received your deposit payment.
- How long for pre-order to arrive?
InsyaAllah about 1-2 weeks after pre-order date is closed. We would update our customer regularly with the ETA; however it will depend on the courier and customs clearance too. We do not have control over these two variables, but we can assure you that we will try to meet the timeframe.
- Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, if you have not made any payment yet.
- Can I change my mind after receiving my orders?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refund or exchange for unwanted goods. Please do consider and take your time before placing your order. If in doubt, let us know so that we could help.
- Can I get refund is my order is missing/lost
We do not take any responsibility to any missing or lost parcel. We will track all the shipment from our hub to the customer's address.
